WILCZA 19 TENEMENT HOUSE WITH USE PERMIT
A downtown, intimate building from the second half of the 19th century, restored by RealCo Property Investment and Development Sp. z o.o. has been issued with an occupancy permit.
Kamienica Wilcza 19 in Warsaw is the first RealCo project implemented in the "ready to move in" standard. All apartments were sold with a high standard finish. The client could arrange the apartment based on inspirations in three architectural styles - says Maciej Gotkiewicz, Board Member, RealCo.
RealCo has entered the market with an offer to sell apartments as standard "ready to move in", which included fully finished: bathroom with fittings and ceramics, and a kitchen with furniture and household appliances. The apartments also gained oak floors, internal doors, built-in wardrobes, built-in lighting and an intelligent management system. The complete finish is included in the purchase price of the apartment.

There are 42 apartments on 6 floors above the ground, ranging in size from 34 to 111 sq m. All apartments have individual storage rooms. Each staircase is equipped with modern lifts. An air-conditioning system has been installed in the premises on the top floors.
The advantage of this centrally located property is the newly built underground garage. There are 2 service premises in the front part of the building.
MAAS Projekt is responsible for the architectural design. Interior design projects have been prepared by architects from 2-k Architektura.
