DECEMBER CHRISTMAS ACTION IS ALREADY A TRADITION IN REALCO! TO OUR CHRISTMAS ACTIVITY WE INVITE THOSE WHO NEED HELP THE MOST, AND WE SEND A MESSAGE ABOUT THIS TO THE WORLD IN THE FORM OF CHARITY CARDS.
RealCo once again plays the role of Santa Claus, by inviting to participate in the Christmas competition, those who need help the most.
The addressees of the competition were patients undergoing treatment at the Children and Youth Oncology and Oncological Surgery Clinic at the Institute of Mother and Child in Warsaw.
In the house at Wilcza 19, 41 apartments will be created, designed in a new division and spread over six floors. All apartments will have individual storage rooms Underground garage is provided for the most demanding customers. Modern elevators have been designed, and in the front part of the house, just as from the very beginning of its existence, an area dedicated to two service premises was planned.
As part of a valid building permit and in accordance to the local zoning plan, RealCo revitalizes Młyn Maria and transforms a complex of historic buildings, giving them new functions: residential and service. In place of old mill machines, silos and warehouses there will be 121 apartments with an area of 25 to 130 sq m and 14 service rooms located on the ground floor.
This year's edition of the Christmas card competition was organized by RealCo Property Investment and Development Sp. z o. o. under the slogan "The magic of Christmas". Children of the Warsaw Children's Home of Fr. Baudouin were invited to participate in the action. The task was to create artworks, referring to the Christmas atmosphere.
‘Sacrum and Postindustrialism – A history of the buildings on the eastern Odra islands in Wroclaw’ is a joint project between RealCo Property Investment and Development (the investor of Maria Mill) and the Wroclaw Museum of Architecture. The book was presented at a special event on May 25, 2018 with representatives of the investor and the as well as the author Dr Maria Zwierz.
Construction work has begun and the effects will be a positive surprise for all those who love Warsaw. The Maria Mill, a unique group of historic buildings located in one of the most atmospheric parts of the city, is to be thoroughly revitalised. We have just received a building permit, and the new version of the Maria Mill will be unveiled in 2020.
