Liquidators Realco Projekt 1 Sp. z o.o. in liquidation with its seat in Warsaw, ul. Zielna 37, entered into the National Court Register under number 0000199854, inform that on February 28, 2022 a resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders was adopted to dissolve the Company and open its liquidation.
