WE SELL ALL APARTMENTS IN THE BUILDING AT UL. OGRODOWA 65
In July this year, we completed the sale of apartments in its investment at ul. Ogrodowa 65 in Warsaw. There are 62 apartments and 2 commercial units in the building measuring from 20 to 74 m2.
The sale of apartments began in January 2016. Buyers were mainly attracted by the great location (near the 1st and 2nd metro lines, 400 metres from the border of Śródmieście) and the atmosphere of the building dating back to the 1930s. The last to be sold was the commercial unit with windows facing onto the pedestrian area on ul. Ogrodowa.
The tenement has undergone a thorough revitalisation of its historical elements. Original details such as the gate, balustrades, glazing and brick facades have been reproduced. New architectural elements, including doors, windows and lighting, have been carefully selected to reflect the style of the 1930s. In order to raise the standard, two lifts were installed in the building, one in the front part in the place where the original lift was, and the second in an external glass duct on the patio.
Soon, there will be an official opening of a commemorative display cabinet in the building, which will include photographs from the family archives of the original owner Władysław Węgielka, and the remains of the mechanical parts of the original lift that once operated in the building.
