Michałowice Parkowa with building permit

On 24 May 2022, the Michalowice Parkowa houses received a building permit and thus we officially started sales.

Michałowice Parkowa is a new project by RealCo Property Investment and Development, which marks the start of the company’s activities in the single-family homes market.

Two-family detached houses will be built in Michałowice-Wieś near Warsaw. The investment will be carried out in two stages. 12 semi-detached houses are in the offer – 24 units with areas ranging from 143 to 147 sqm are available. Each of them will have a spacious garden, a garage (over 20 sqm), as well as a utility room and an attic for your own arrangement.
