RealCo is a real estate development company founded in 2010 by a management team with over 12 years of experience in the real estate market and the financial sector. In 2011, RealCo became part of the Polish capital group Warsaw Equity. We carry out demanding renovations of historical buildings, which, thanks to our determination, perseverance, as well as knowledge and experience, regain their former splendour. We attach great importance to tradition and respect for history, and to taste and aesthetics.
We have successfully completed projects with a total usable area of over 37,000 square metres worth nearly PLN 272 million. Our projects include the tenement houses at 65 Ogrodowa street, 22 Wilcza street and Kujawska 3 street, as well as the Lipiński Passage, all of which are in Warsaw. Currently underway is the revitalisation of the historic Młyn Maria complex in Wrocław. We are constantly developing and building RealCo's position in the market as a solid and reliable developer. RealCo is a member of the Polish Union of Developers.
The largest Polish cities, despite their rapid development, still have neglected historical districts that are not fully exploiting their potential. We are proud that we can play an active role in improving the aesthetics of our cities and, together with our customers and partners, unleash the potential of forgotten buildings, transforming them into vibrant and valuable elements of the urban fabric.
